Return & Class Policies

Returns:
We’re happy to offer store credit for returns on yarn, crafts, and notions within 6 months of purchase. Returned yarn must be in good, unused condition. Please note that yarn that has been wound—either in the shop or at home—is not eligible for return. Please be sure you're ready to use your yarn before asking a team member to wind it.

Classes:
Cancellations must be made at least 48 hours in advance to receive a refund in the form of store credit. If The Creative Knot cancels a class after payment has been received, a full refund will be issued. All group classes must be taken as scheduled—make-up sessions are not available.
