Brioche Level 2 - Doe Ears Headband

Saturdays, July 11 & 25, 11 am - 1 pm

This class is for knitters who already have some experience with brioche and are ready to level up. If you’re confident with basic one- or two-color brioche, it’s time to build on that foundation with shaping, chart reading, and more complex stitch work.

We’ll be working on the Doe Ears Headband by Lavanya Patricella—using two color brioche with increase and decrease shaping to create an intricate and stylish accessory for fall.
Work a flat, two-color brioche project
Knit brioche increases and decreases
Read and follow a brioche chart

Skill Level: Intermediate - previous experience with brioche is strongly recommended. Recommended prerequisite class: Beginner Brioche.

Class Materials: 

Yarn: DK or Worsted weight yarn
Main color: 50 yards
Contrasting color: 50 yards

We ask that all yarn for classes be purchased in the shop. 10% discount will be applied. Materials can be purchased at the shop prior to class.

Needles: US 3 or 5, 16” circular needles

Class Size: 6 person max. Must have 2 registered for class to occur.Brioche knitting is a technique that creates a reversible fabric with a lovely squishy texture.
