Mobius Colorwork Cowl

Take your knitting to the next level as you build confidence working with intricate, colorful motifs in this engaging class focused on successful stranded colorwork. You’ll practice essential techniques while creating the fabulous Ooey Gooey Cowl by Andrea Mowry, a perfect project for learning to work with multiple colors.

Topics include working a provisional cast-on, knitting with more than one color in a row, reading and following colorwork charts, managing tension and floats, and grafting stitches for a polished finish.

This class is ideal for knitters looking to expand their skills and confidently explore colorwork.

Skill Level: Advance Beginner/Intermediate knitters who are comfortable with knit, purl, and working in the round.

Class Materials: 

Pattern: Ooey Gooey Cowl

Yarn:
Main color: 300 yards sport or DK weight yarn
Contrast color: 492 yards lace weight (mohair or suri alpaca, held double). Option: Sport or DK weight yarn can be substituted for the lace weight held double

Needles: US 4, 16" circular needle and a spare needle of the same size for finishing

Cancellations made within 72 hours of the class start time, as well as missed classes, are not eligible for refunds or store credit. No exceptions.

Class Size: 6 person max. Must have two registered for class to occur.
